Jimmy Rushing - President & CEO

Jimmy Rushing is the President & CEO. He has 30-plus years' progressive experience including senior management roles with industry leaders such as Aspen Technology, Mustang Engineering, and Brand Energy. His entire career has focused on servicing the refining and petrochemicals industries, both domestically and internationally. During that time, his emphasis has been on defining and implementing programs that combine technology and services to capture significant benefits for his clients. This includes maximizing commercial value while concurrently addressing other key business drivers such as improved manufacturing agility, effective and economical regulatory compliance, and reduced safety exposure.

Jimmy holds a B.S. Applied Science & Technology from Edison State College and an MBA from University of Houston.

Daniel Rosier - Chief Financial Officer

Dan Rosier is a CFO with over 20 years of finance and operational experience in private and public companies.  He most recently provided Interim CFO strategic consulting services to private companies in the Houston area.  Prior to that, he served as an Executive Vice President with Live Nation, Inc. in Los Angeles.  Prior to his Los Angeles position with Live Nation, Inc., he held key positions in their Houston office since 2001, including COO and CFO of SFX Sports and Vice President, Finance for Clear Channel Entertainment.

Prior to Live Nation, Dan held key financial roles with Questia Media, Inc., Compaq Computer Corporation, and Pennzoil Company. 

Dan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeffrey Hill - Vice President of Operations

Jeff Hill is the VP of Operations. He has worked in the industrial cleaning, environmental services and emergency response industries for nearly 20 years, with strong experience in the refining and pipeline sectors. Prior to joining Cinatra, Jeff worked at Champion Technologies and before that Ecova Corp. (an Amoco company), where he helped manage and operate a tank cleaning program instituted at then-Amoco refining and chemical facilities.

Jeff earned a bachelor of science degree in environmental science with a minor in business management.

Barry Gordon - Director of Field Operations

Barry Gordon is Director of Field Operations, with responsibility for tank cleaning operations, project execution and the St. Gabriel yard. He has a wealth of operations experience and has worked on tank cleaning jobs with Cinatra since its inception. Before joining Cinatra, Barry worked on a $9 billion expansion of Marathon Oil’s Garyville refinery with Performance Contractors and at Shell Norco with KBR. He also served a six-year stint in the engineering battalion of the Louisiana National Guard.

Barry earned an AAS in process technology from River Parishes Technical College, as well as a BA in marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University.
