The safety features were certainly a selling point. If you can keep a guy out of harm’s way and still get the job done, then it just makes good sense. It’s just the right thing to do; plus, in this business you’re always liable for something that may happen and by not exposing someone to the waste stream you’re dealing with limits your liabilities.

When I looked at their flow diagrams, modules and how they’re laid out, it just made all the sense in the world to me; I think Cinatra’s openness and candor was a real selling point. The company’s staff had a lot of confidence in the ability of this particular process to work and they went into detail about the vetting process they went into to pick the right process to use in this endeavor. So a lot of things put together made this seem like a great choice.

During the past year, we have begun using Cinatra more frequently due to their performance predictability. The Cinatra Operators are trained, responsive to our needs and perform as well as anyone in the refinery.

Cinatra operators and Cinatra management are always fully engaged in every aspect of the project; really do not need to provide them with supervision; they are able to manage the job for us in a safe and efficient manner and have always delivered the level of service that we expect. They are our first choice in projects that are challenging.

Cinatra arrived at our terminal and delivered the exact level of service that was advertised during our selection process. This was our first time to use them and we were extremely pleased with the outcome of the job; will definitely use them again on our next tank.
